Clifford Baldridge

Clifford E. Baldridge, or "Mr. Montrose," as he was commonly known, was a manager and part owner of the City Market in the western town of Montrose, CO. Baldridge quickly became a pillar within his community by connecting with people through the City Market, but also through his intense involvement within the community.

Baldridge helped to found Montrose Memorial Hospital and served on its board of directors. Baldridge believed the Memorial Hospital to be a key factor in the growth of Montrose and fostered it to be a magnet for those inside and outside of his community. He was involved with it until his death in 1995.
The Colorado Business Hall of Fame is co-presented by
Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain Inc. and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
